Great location, near popular attractions and convenient for exploring the city. The hotel provided complimentary breakfast, which was a nice bonus. The staff were friendly and helpful during our stay.
The cleanliness of the rooms was a major issue. We found ashtrays and cigarette butts in the bedside drawer, which was quite off-putting.

My stay at this hotel was not completely satisfactory. The prices were very high for the class of the hotel, and there was no GST invoice provided, which was unexpected and frustrating.
